ચકલી - એક દિવસ આપી આ શું અહંકાર બતાવ્યું



આજે ચકલી નો દિવસ આવ્યો, માણસાઈનો તો કોઈ દિવસ ન વાવ્યો.

 જો માણસાઈ ના દિવસ હોતા તો ચકલીના એક નહીં પણ સદા એના દિવસો રહેતા. 

 બાળપણ તારી સાથે વિતાવ્યું, આંગણ માં દેખી, સાંભળી હર્ષ હું પામતો.

ખૂણા માં જઇ ક્યાં રડી લઉં આજે, અમારી પ્રગતિ ને લડી લઉં આજે. 

આંખો તરસે તને દેખવા, પણ ખેતરો માં ઝેર તો અમે જ છાંટયું, ટાવર લગાડી તારું જીવન અમે જ બાળ્યું.

આજે તને એક દિવસ આપી, અમે તો અમારું અહંકાર બતાવ્યું.

      Today is sparrow day, but there is no day for mankind.
