Happy Independence Day
As we are going to celebrate 69th Independence Day of our country, this is really prideful moment for all of us but it is not a single day exercise of Government or People of India. More than 7 lac people scarified their lives to achieve this invaluable independence but today this is big question in front of us that we succeed to sustain our freedom. What our freedom fighter had dream for our country are we maintaining in same spirit? Answer is no as we are facing acute problem from every side whether it is economical, social, political, environmental, crime against child, woman and common man of India etc. Thus tremendous effort is required to do reform in all sectors to bring justice, prosperity and peaceful life with equality to all citizens of India and without any discrimination based on wealth, cast, creed, race, sex etc.
Now what is requirement of present days to bring change by the Government of Centre and state level for peace, prosperity and justice then it can be enjoyed at equal level by all citizens of India.
Reform in Economy: On celebration of 69th year of independence, we can see poverty remain as it is and its definition given by planning commission of India is also big joke itself. Unemployment is big challenge in front of Government of India. However it is not difficult task, it can be resolved by creating more Entrepreneur in small and medium scale business, which is not only playing crucial role to provide large employment opportunities at comparatively lower capital cost than large industries but also help in industrialization of rural & backward areas, thereby, reducing regional imbalances, assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealthy. Mahatma Gandhi made strong advocacy on Small and Village industry and it is also highly relevant in today circumstances, which can resolve migration problem of rural people shifting to urban area. Wealth decentralization can be achieved through only small scale industry, where everyone is getting equal opportunity of employment.
In this respect, Government had started MSME, KVIC, COIR Board etc, which is contributing 40% of the overall manufacturing output in the country. However government should strengthen small and medium business after reserving certain area for only small sector and disallow to any big giant corporate where no high technology is required like snacks industry, salt, pickle agriculture and its allied industry like its equipment, bio fertilizers, bio pesticides etc so as to enable employers make a single contribution to the entire gamut of comprehensive social security.
Fiscal deficit, Current account deficit, negative Balance of payment, public debt etc denotes unhealthy economy and which is not acceptable in the context of our country, who dominated world economy till 18th century in respect of world trade, export, industrial output etc. Even today, we have same potential to dominate world economy if we consider our natural resource talent pool and ancient science and technology but for this just required self confidence and will power.
There are few recommendations are given hereunder, which can resolve present days economic as well as other problems:
In medicine: Ayurveda is not only an ancient medical science but also deals with art of living, where dependency on drugs and doctors can be reduce. Ayurveda is more perfect than western medical science, where many incurable disease of allopathy can be diagnose through Ayurveda. Main benefits of Ayurveda is home remedies thus people can save their hefty amount against medical bill and promote national saving which is government can also use in capital formation. Government need to promote this sector by allocating more amount from budget; to do more research and development which can also reduce overall the health budget after giving healthy life to all citizens of India.
In Pharma: India is unique country for its vast medical herbs and bio diversity. If we utilize properly and giving more focus to this we cannot save our forex by importing costly medicine but also we can earn forex by exporting. Our lacuna is that we failed to give more importance to identify, promote and preserve our god gifted medical plants and trees still we are not late, we can do lot more in this sector.
In Agriculture: Now entire world is tilting towards organic farming, which is Indian origin method of agriculture and also more scientific. India has abundant supply of cattle (Desi Cow). We can use its dung for Bio fertilizers, its urine for bio pesticides after processing with neem. Bull is also helpful to cultivate land, which is also making more fertile land. Organic farming is not only maintaining land fertility but also increasing. It is also giving healthy food, which has no side effect on Human health. If Europe growing with 24% in organic farming sector then Indian government also need to focus on organic farming method which is also its own, farmers has practice since ages. It can also helpful to save our forex by not importing fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides. It can promote cattle rearing, which can also generate employment in dairy industry. Cow promotion & protection was dream of our father of nation- Mahatma Gandhi so we can give true tribute to him by saving her from slaughter houses.
